Gamma Delta Alumni Association, LLC (“the association,” “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Roll Call submissions: name, email, optional phone, crossing year, semester, line name and number, city and state, Homecoming plans, and your communication preferences.
• Contact form messages: name, email, topic and message.
• Ticketing and donations are processed by Eventbrite and other third parties under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To reconnect brothers of the Gamma Delta Chapter and maintain a private alumni directory.
• To send only the updates and use only the contact methods you selected.
• To respond to your messages and plan association events.

What we don’t do

• We do not publish the Roll Call directory or individual details on this website.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• We do not share your information outside the association except with service providers who help us operate, or where required by law.

Your choices

You can update your information, change your preferences, or opt out at any time by emailing 1946@gammadeltaalumni.com. We honor opt-out choices. Text message terms are covered separately in our SMS Terms.

Security & retention

We limit access to authorized association volunteers and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
